About the role

Madarek Group is seeking a Business Development & Sales Specialist to strengthen its Civil & Architectural Division. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities and driving sales within the construction, interior design, building materials, real‑estate development, and luxury residential sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new clients and projects in the targeted sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, developers, and contractors.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations to win contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within construction‑related industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
