Senior Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Sales Specialist to drive business growth in our logistics and freight‑forwarding operations in Erbil. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and delivering tailored logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
• Maintain and strengthen long‑term relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and customized logistics solutions.
• Conduct client visits, meetings, and continuous follow‑ups to understand customer needs.
• Coordinate with pricing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Monitor logistics market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain organized customer records and keep the CRM updated.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics/freight‑forwarding industry.
• Excellent command of Arabic, English and Kurdish (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
