Senior Sales Officer – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Officer to join Baly’s Commercial team in Mosul. The role focuses on building strategic restaurant partnerships, driving commercial growth, and managing high‑value accounts on the Baly platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and onboard high‑value restaurant partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the restaurant network in Mosul.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, executives and key decision‑makers.
• Lead negotiations and close partnership agreements.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, analysing performance and recommending improvements.
• Drive partner participation in campaigns, promotions and new product launches.
• Monitor market opportunities, competitor activity and customer trends.
• Resolve complex partner issues while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Support teams.
• Achieve and exceed acquisition, sales and revenue targets.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5+ years of B2B sales, business development or key account management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent Arabic; English proficiency preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle for field visits.
• Strong understanding of Mosul’s food and restaurant market.
