About the role

The Sales and Marketing Representative will work on‑site in Sulaymaniyah to promote SmartMED’s SaaS platform to healthcare providers. The role covers the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospective healthcare clients such as clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, hospitals and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, prepare sales reports and coordinate marketing activities.
  • Maintain client relationships, provide basic training on the platform and gather market feedback.
  • Participate in events, visits to healthcare facilities and collaborate with internal teams to optimise promotional strategies.

Required profile

  • Previous marketing experience.
  • Willingness to work mainly in the field and market.
  • Good communication, customer follow‑up and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports and update the direct supervisor regularly.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Kurdish and Arabic; English is an advantage.
  • Car ownership or a driving licence is preferred.
