Senior NDT Technician – Oilfield Services

About the role

AntonAnton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a Senior NDT Technician to lead non‑destructive testing activities on pipelines, pressure vessels, tanks and structural components across its oil‑field operations. The role combines hands‑on inspection work with supervision of junior staff and coordination with integrity and maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and supervise NDT inspections on pipelines, pressure vessels, tanks, piping systems and structural components.
• Conduct inspections using UT, RT, MT, PT and VT techniques in line with approved procedures and industry standards.
• Review inspection results, identify defects or discontinuities and prepare detailed technical reports.
• Support inspection planning, quality assurance and integrity assessment activities.
• Ensure all NDT activities are carried out safely and comply with company HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with inspection, integrity, maintenance and operations teams during campaigns and shutdowns.
• Mentor junior technicians and maintain inspection equipment and documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in NDT inspection within the oil & gas industry.
• ASNT or PCN Level II certification in UT, RT, MT, PT and VT (mandatory).
• PAUT and TOFD certifications are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international inspection standards, NDT techniques and reporting practices.
• Effective communication, technical reporting and teamwork skills.
