About the role
The Sales Supervisor will lead the field sales team in Baghdad, driving growth for carbonated beverages, bottled water, and snack products. This role combines strategic account management with hands‑on field guidance to achieve company sales targets and promote focus SKUs.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets for core product categories and key accounts representing 50% of total sales.
- Ensure presence and promotion of focus SKUs according to the monthly plan in designated points of sale.
- Directly oversee the top 20% of customers to increase volume and guarantee optimal in‑store execution.
- Maintain and grow the customer base through retention strategies and acquisition of new accounts.
- Monitor competitor activities, price changes, and market trends, providing reports and recommendations.
- Conduct on‑the‑job training, route control visits, and compliance checks with sales representatives.
- Evaluate sales representatives against KPIs, give feedback, and develop corrective action plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
- 3–5 years of successful experience as a sales officer or field sales representative.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and expanding customer bases.
- Professional certifications in sales management, digital marketing or leadership are a plus.
