Sales Specialist

About the role

Protech is seeking a full‑time Sales Specialist to join its on‑site team in Erbil. The role focuses on driving new business for Protech’s enterprise solutions, guiding prospects through the entire sales journey, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B opportunities in the Iraqi market.
• Present Protech’s enterprise solutions through product demonstrations and tailored proposals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to customize solutions.
• Provide basic training and guidance to customers on product usage.
• Report market trends and customer feedback to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, including clear presentation and professional business writing.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with a focus on trust building and issue resolution.
• Proven sales abilities: prospecting, qualification, and closing.
• Experience in sales management, pipeline reporting, and client training.
• Background in B2B technology or enterprise solutions and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English and local languages; knowledge of Erbil and wider Iraqi business landscape.
