About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our B2B sales operations in the Iraq market. The role focuses on driving revenue growth across government, telecom, banking and enterprise sectors by promoting our IT solutions and services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a country‑level sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities in government, telecom, banking and enterprise.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers, partners, distributors and stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, RFQs/RFPs, tender submissions, negotiations and contract closure.
- Lead participation in government tenders and large‑scale enterprise projects.
- Promote IT solutions such as cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed services and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with technical and presales teams to create customized solutions and proposals.
- Establish and manage a network of local partners, resellers and system integrators.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments in Iraq.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management and periodic reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT solutions and services.
- Proven market exposure and network within Iraq.
- Successful track record with government and enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of public‑sector procurement, tendering processes and large‑scale project management.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
