Sales Manager - Field Sales

About the role

HAZE Group is the exclusive distributor of international vape and lifestyle brands across Iraq, Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region, with its own showrooms, distribution fleet and field sales teams. It is looking for a Sales Manager to lead field sales in a territory: grow sell-in and numeric distribution, manage and coach a team of sales reps, and turn every shop in the territory into an active, repeat-buying outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly sales, collection and outlet-activation targets for the territory
• Lead, coach and assess a team of sales reps and team leaders, including daily route planning and market visits
• Grow the active outlet base: open new shops, re-activate dormant ones and protect key accounts
• Drive in-store execution with trade marketing: visibility, POSM, planogram and promo compliance
• Manage credit and collections with finance, with no invoice ages left without follow-up
• Track the market (competitor prices, stock levels, new products) and report it weekly
• Work with management on pricing, launches and distributor relationships

Required profile

• 5+ years of FMCG field sales experience in Iraq, including at least 2 years managing a sales team
• A strong network of wholesalers and retailers in the territory
• Proven record of hitting distribution, sell-in and collection targets
• Fluent Arabic; English is a strong plus; Kurdish and/or Turkmen is a plus
• Valid driving licence and willingness to be in the market daily
• Experience in tobacco, vape, beverages or other fast-moving categories is a plus

Required skills

• CRM/ERP and data (Odoo is a plus)
• Excel and reporting
