Customer Service & Wholesale Sales Coordinator (Female)

About the role

Pinkesh Beauty is looking for a female Customer Service & Wholesale Sales Coordinator to join its team in Sulaymaniyah. The main purpose of the role is to communicate with customers through WhatsApp and other channels, answer daily inquiries and help wholesale customers with product and pricing questions so they receive quick and accurate responses. The position is onsite at the office every day.

Key responsibilities

• Answer daily customer messages and inquiries through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Handle wholesale customer questions about products, prices, availability, colours, quantities and orders.
• Communicate with store owners and wholesale customers in a professional and friendly way.
• Help customers choose products that suit their needs.
• Follow up on orders, payments, delivery and product availability.
• Provide accurate information on Pinkesh Beauty products, brands, promotions and wholesale policies.
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams when needed to resolve customer issues.
• Follow up with potential wholesale customers and turn inquiries into orders.
• Keep conversations organised and respond quickly during working hours.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Based in Sulaymaniyah and available to work onsite at the office every day; this is not a remote or work-from-home position.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales or a similar role is preferred.
• Good understanding of cosmetic products and brands, able to learn them quickly.
• Responsive, organised and responsible.
