Field Sales Executive - Kirkuk

About the role

CCI, a multinational beverage company producing, distributing and selling sparkling and still beverages, is looking for a Field Sales Executive based in Kirkuk, Iraq. The role drives sales growth through customer acquisition, team management and outlet execution, while acting as a guardian of the company's assets deployed in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Meet volume targets, forecast sales accurately and increase the number of outlets through new customer acquisition while maintaining the current outlet base.
• Analyse SFE KPIs, suggest improvements and keep sales data clean, validated and up to date.
• Ensure daily in-outlet execution follows PicOS and RED criteria and that marketing initiatives are executed properly.
• Visit customers regularly according to the route plan and monitor and report competitor activity.
• Supervise the placement and use of company assets such as coolers, glass, shell, signage and outlet activation materials, and ensure cooler efficiency.
• Maintain customer relationships, focusing on the top 20% of outlets, handle complaints within 48 hours and explain the profit story to customers.
• Manage advance ordering, receivables, stock, returns, route setup and other operational issues.
• Manage, motivate, train and coach the team, create and manage concession performance, send monthly sales presentations and manage annual leave.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in functional and sales sectors.
• Able to lead and manage sales systems and cross-functional projects, and to travel domestically and internationally if needed.
• Upper intermediate English, Kurdish and Arabic; openness to change, teamwork, quality and result orientation.
• Potential to be promoted to key sales roles in the country; managerial experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of CCI Sales Systems.
