Sales Consultant - Lexus Dealer

About the role

SAS-Lexus Dealer in Sulaimaniyah is looking for a Sales Consultant. The consultant follows up on, completes and closes sales deals, welcomes customers into the showroom and presents the Lexus brand in line with the company's corporate image. The role also covers answering customer questions, resolving issues and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable Lexus vehicles
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Lexus vehicles, features, options and accessories
• Organise test drives and provide accurate pricing, including financing options, incentives and promotions
• Negotiate pricing and terms while maximising dealership profitability
• Coordinate with the finance department on financing, leasing and insurance
• Follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction and retain customers
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity and share insights with the sales team
• Collaborate with service and parts departments to support customers throughout ownership

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
• Direct sales experience of 2-3 years; automotive sales experience is a plus
• Fluent Kurdish, very good English and good Arabic
• Presentable appearance and very good communication skills
