Sales & Client Experience Support Executive (Iraq, Mandarin Preferred)

About the role

International SOS is looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales & Client Experience Support Executive in Basra, Iraq, to support the growth of its Iraq business with a focus on the Chinese Business Cluster. The role provides sales and client support, coordinates across multiple stakeholders and helps deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales administration, CRM (Salesforce), quotations, contracts, tenders and client documentation
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Medical Supply Chain and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Track invoices, orders, renewals and client requests, following up and escalating them on time
• Maintain accurate records, reports and workflow trackers to improve business efficiency and client satisfaction

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in sales support, commercial administration, customer service, account support or similar roles
• Excellent English communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: experience in Iraq or the Middle East, healthcare, oil & gas, B2B services or multinational organizations, and experience supporting Chinese companies or Chinese corporate clients

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
• Mandarin Chinese language capability preferred to support Chinese corporate clients
• Arabic and/or Urdu language skills are a plus
