Route to Market Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Route to Market (RTM) Specialist to join our team in Baghdad. You will support commercial and field execution activities across our distribution network, ensuring our consumer durables and housewares reach customers efficiently and competitively.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze competitor products, pricing, and channel strategies for new product launches.
• Gather customer and dealer feedback to support product positioning.
• Monitor distribution performance and suggest improvements.
• Report regularly on competitor activities and price changes.
• Coordinate promotional material distribution and field campaigns.
• Organize shelf displays, stand setups, and collect field photos and reports.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales, distribution, and product availability reports.
• Review current distribution routes and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Conduct product availability, price, and shelf‑visibility checks at retail locations.
• Provide translation support when communicating with other country offices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or MBA degree.
• Minimum two years of RTM experience in the Consumer Durables and Housewares industry.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, project‑management and planning abilities.
• Data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and meet critical deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Turkish preferred.
