About the role

TrendAI™, the AI security business unit of Trend Micro, is looking for a Regional Account Manager to lead sales efforts in Iraq. You will be responsible for building new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and driving adoption of Trend Micro’s AI‑powered security solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and proactively target prospects and existing clients to increase market share.
  • Develop and execute territory‑specific sales strategies in collaboration with technical, channel partner, and marketing teams.
  • Engage senior IT leaders (CIO, CISO) to create and grow security opportunities.
  • Work with pre‑sales, marketing, and sales leadership to deliver the right value proposition to channel CEOs and their teams.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets aligned with business‑unit goals.
  • Maintain accurate account information and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Develop relationships with ecosystem partners such as AWS, Microsoft, VMware, and Google.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in cybersecurity or related technology sectors.
  • Strong ability to build trusted advisory relationships with senior decision‑makers.
  • Deep knowledge of the Iraqi market and its regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
