Reel Graphic Designer

About the role

The Reel Graphic Designer creates engaging vertical video reels and motion graphics for social media, working full‑time in a hybrid setting based in Baghdad.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce vertical video reels and short‑form motion graphics for various social platforms.
• Develop concepts, storyboards, and visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency across campaigns.
• Adapt and optimise existing content into reel formats and stay current with design and social media trends.

Required profile

• Strong graphic and motion design skills for short‑form video content.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience designing for social media platforms with a focus on vertical, mobile‑first content.
• Attention to typography, color, layout and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Effective communication, teamwork in a hybrid environment, and solid time‑management.
• Relevant education in graphic design, multimedia, or equivalent professional experience, supported by a portfolio of reels and motion graphics.
