Senior Product Designer

About the role

Hanooot is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of a fintech trading platform from MVP to a standalone app. You will own the end‑to‑end client experience, shaping onboarding, education, trading flows and wallet interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Design regulated onboarding flows with e‑KYC and manual fallback.
• Create in‑product education, progression gates, waitlist and referral mechanics.
• Design the trading core: stock discovery, live prices, order entry, and beginner‑friendly explanations of price bands.
• Develop wallet and money‑movement interfaces.
• Build a scalable design system with tokens and components for mini‑apps and full‑scale applications.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years in fintech, trading, brokerage or wallets with shipped products.
• Proven end‑to‑end ownership of complex regulated flows such as KYC, payments or order execution.
• Strong Arabic‑first and RTL design skills for data‑dense layouts.
• Ability to convey complex concepts (e.g., limit orders) clearly in a single screen.

Required skills

• React, React Native or similar front‑end frameworks.
• Design token implementation (CSS variables, Tailwind, theme files).
• Basic back‑end knowledge (Node.js, Python, databases).
• Understanding of APIs, real‑time data (WebSockets, polling, caching).
• Experience with Git, code reviews and prototype deployment.
