Art Director

About the role

TheKey agency is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Art Director in Al‑Karkh. You will shape the visual direction of client campaigns, create graphic assets and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee visual direction of campaigns and develop creative concepts.
• Lead the creation of graphic assets and ensure consistent branding.
• Supervise designers and graphic artists, reviewing and refining visual materials.
• Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to align design with messaging.
• Present creative ideas to clients and manage project timelines.
• Maintain high‑quality design standards that reflect each brand’s identity and goals.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in Art Direction and Creative Direction.
• Strong skills in branding and brand identity development.
• Proficiency in graphic design and graphics production.
• Experience managing creative teams and providing constructive feedback.
• Solid portfolio showcasing campaign work, brand systems and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
