About the role
LC Waikiki is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support its growth in Iraq. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring for corporate headquarters and store positions, ensuring compliance with corporate procedures and local legislation.
Key responsibilities
- Publish job ads on career portals and screen applications.
- Organise interviews, conduct competency‑based assessments and reference checks.
- Prepare short‑lists and long‑lists for store managers and HQ hiring managers.
- Generate recruitment statistics and reports for the Head Office.
- Handle legal documentation for new hires and coordinate with the payroll team.
- Manage internal reassignments and promotions according to HQ policies.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
Required profile
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment.
- Fluent in English, Arabic and Kurdish (Sorani) – both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Iraqi labour law is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Experience with AI tools is an advantage.
