Recruitment Specialist (Full‑time)

About the role

Sabeel Al‑Rashid Company is expanding rapidly in the fast‑food and FMCG sector and needs a proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage end‑to‑end hiring for operational, administrative and management positions. You will build talent pipelines, ensure a great candidate experience and partner closely with hiring managers to meet business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from request to job offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and workforce needs.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, universities and other channels.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and coordinate assessments.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience at every stage.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, databases and reports while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, career fairs and other talent‑attraction activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience recruiting for operational, retail, hospitality or restaurant roles.
• Strong communication, organizational and relationship‑building abilities.
