Receptionist – Front Desk & Guest Service

About the role

We are looking for a professional, customer‑focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors in our Baghdad office. The role combines front‑desk duties with administrative support to ensure a welcoming environment and smooth office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors professionally, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage the reception area, assign walk‑in leads to consultants, and handle incoming calls and inquiries.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate client meetings, and manage inbound/outbound shipments and courier services.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, client interaction records, and ensure proper filing of documents.
• Monitor office supplies, support consultants and operational teams with administrative tasks, and assist with special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Customer Service or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in reception, front desk, or administrative support.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems or service‑oriented environments (advantageous).
