QA/QC and Training Officer

About the role

The QA/QC and Training Officer will be based on‑site in the KRG Region, ensuring that Eagle Post’s operational processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. This full‑time position combines quality assurance duties with the design and delivery of training programmes for staff.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits and inspections of operational processes.
• Document audit findings and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, deliver and update training programmes on product knowledge, services and SOPs.
• Onboard new employees and provide refresher training to existing staff.
• Prepare and analyse service performance reports.
• Coordinate with supervisors to address quality issues and support SOP implementation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to promote continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015 documentation.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify trends and propose solutions.
• Proven experience in training design, delivery and employee onboarding.
• Hands‑on experience in quality assurance or quality control.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kurdish.
• Ability to work on‑site in the KRG Region, manage time effectively and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Relevant vocational training, certification or degree in business, logistics, quality management or a related field is preferred.
