Project Manager – Construction Finishing

About the role

The Project Manager will lead finishing activities on high‑end construction projects, coordinating design teams, contractors, suppliers and owners to ensure quality, schedule and budget compliance. This role focuses on both interior and exterior works across luxury villas, hospitality and commercial developments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams to develop detailed finishing schedules.
• Prepare and manage the finishing budget, tracking expenses and variances.
• Source, procure and inspect materials for quality and specification compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, owners and suppliers, securing samples and reviewing offers.
• Act as liaison between design teams, subcontractors and suppliers, providing regular updates.
• Oversee project implementation, including contractor offers, scheduling, planning and material approval.
• Review and approve shop drawings; supervise key construction works such as excavation, carpentry, concrete, insulation, etc.
• Manage all finishing tasks – facades, plastering, painting, woodwork, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, pool works – to meet design specs and industry standards.
• Verify executed quantities, coordinate overlapping works and enforce safety protocols.
• Identify and resolve finishing issues, propose efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate progress records, inspections and change orders; generate required reports.
• Supervise subcontractors and laborers, fostering a productive environment.
• Draft and audit contracts, review schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Submit daily and weekly progress reports to the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• 12+ years of project management experience on high‑end construction projects.
