Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will oversee finishing tasks in high‑end construction projects, coordinating design teams, managing budgets, sourcing and inspecting materials, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams to understand specifications and create detailed finishing schedules.
• Develop and manage finishing budgets, track expenses and variances.
• Source, procure, and inspect materials for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, owners, and suppliers, securing material samples and reviewing offers.
• Act as liaison between design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing regular updates.
• Oversee project implementation, including contractor offers, scheduling, planning, and material approval.
• Review and approve shop drawings and supervise key construction works such as excavation, carpentry, concrete, insulation, etc.
• Manage all finishing tasks—including facades, plastering, painting, woodwork, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and pool works—to meet design specifications and industry standards.
• Verify executed quantities, coordinate overlapping works, and enforce safety protocols.
• Identify and resolve issues in finishing work, proposing efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, and change orders; generate required reports.
• Supervise subcontractors and laborers, fostering a productive work environment.
• Draft and audit contracts, review schedules, and ensure timely completion.
• Submit daily and weekly progress reports to the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
• 12+ years of professional experience in project management on high‑end construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, coordinate contractors, and ensure quality compliance.
