Installations Services Manager

About the role

The Installations Services Manager is based in Balad, Iraq and leads the Installation Services program covering MWR, Laundry, Billeting, Custodial, and Postal Services. Reporting to the Senior Site Installation Manager, the role ensures mission assurance, quality management, and compliance with U.S. Government regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all Installation Services personnel follow program, contractual, and industry standards while protecting real estate, buildings, and equipment.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures, manuals, and publications.
• Oversee data administration, timely report submission, and contract documentation.
• Manage the budget and fiscal reports to align with the annual program plan.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics, ensuring contract obligations are met or exceeded.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) and U.S. citizenship.
• Minimum five years’ management experience in a multi‑discipline environment, preferably within a military setting.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
• Ability to work in extreme desert conditions with temperatures up to 130 °F.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
