DPW Manager – Facilities Engineering & Operations

About the role

The DPW Manager will lead facilities engineering, maintenance and operations for a site in Iraq, ensuring reliable utility services and safe, functional camp infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior DPW Manager, you will oversee power generation, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and the service order desk.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all public‑works activities including power generation, water, electricity and sewage systems.
• Direct engineering, design, construction and maintenance of both permanent and temporary facilities.
• Monitor workload, production output and resource utilization, maintaining appropriate repair parts and materials on site.
• Ensure compliance with program, contractual and U.S. government standards for all prime and subcontractors.
• Maintain and update infrastructure SOPs, manuals and publications.
• Oversee data administration, timely reporting and documentation such as CDRLs.
• Coordinate receipt, response and execution of trouble calls, facility modification requests and special work approvals.
• Develop and support performance metrics for camp operations.
