Project Based Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist for a 9‑month project to deliver efficient, employee‑centered HR operational support. You will manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition, coordinate HR events, and support various HR programs while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer facilitation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain recruitment records, reports, requisitions, and monitor metrics for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate HR events and employee engagement activities, handling logistics and communications.
• Support additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Recruitment Specialist with strong sourcing focus.
• Graduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Office Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of HRM principles, labor laws, compliance standards and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict mediation abilities.
