Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Tire Mall, Iraq’s leading distributor of tires, batteries, and oils, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts and support nationwide growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Source and engage top talent using online platforms, job fairs, referrals, and internal databases.
• Drive employer branding efforts to position Tire Mall as an employer of choice in Iraq.
• Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for key roles and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to enhance hiring performance and support onboarding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Iraqi labor laws and talent market trends.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with recruitment platforms or ATS tools.
