Recruitment Specialist – Project Based (9‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition and support HR events on a 9‑month project basis. The role ensures efficient HR operations, accurate record‑keeping and seamless coordination across recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, select candidates and partner with hiring managers on role requirements.
• Maintain recruitment records, reports, requisitions and facilitate job offers, contracts and pre‑employment paperwork.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, recommend process improvements and support employer‑branding initiatives.
• Coordinate HR events and employee‑engagement activities, handling logistics, vendor relations and communications.
• Support additional HR projects and operational tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Recruitment Specialist with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring.
• Graduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Office Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of HRM principles, labor laws, compliance standards and HR best practices.
• Analytical mindset for HR metrics, project management and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication, conflict‑mediation and independent‑collaborative work style.
