Programme Coordinator – PRSD Coordination Unit

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Programme Coordinator for its Peace, Recovery & Solutions Division (PRSD) Coordination Unit in Erbil, Iraq. The role supports the division’s strategic objectives by managing coordination activities and providing comprehensive administrative, operational, financial and budgetary support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the PRSD Coordination Unit.
• Oversee administrative, operational, financial and budgetary functions for the division.
• Develop, review and clear funding proposals and donor reports.
• Prepare divisional planning, advocacy products and ensure alignment with IOM’s overall mission.
• Facilitate collaboration with Country Office, Regional Office and Headquarters units.
• Monitor and report on programme performance against agreed indicators.

Required profile

• University degree in international relations, development studies, public administration or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in programme coordination, project management or administration within an international or humanitarian organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
