Professional Recruiting Manager

About the role

Home Teacher is seeking a results‑driven Professional Recruiting Manager to lead end‑to‑end tutor recruitment in Erbil. The role focuses on hiring over 100 qualified tutors within 6‑12 months and supports internal hiring, offering a clear path to HR Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run recruitment campaigns on Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, and university networks.
• Screen applications, schedule and lead demo classes to assess tutor quality.
• Hire 15–20 new tutors per month from month 2 onward, covering Kurdish, English, and academic subjects.
• Onboard new tutors and introduce Home Teacher standards.
• Manage hiring for key internal positions, conducting interviews and presenting top candidates.
• Maintain a structured tutor candidate database and provide weekly hiring reports.
• Document recruitment processes as SOPs.
• Follow up with newly hired tutors, collect feedback, and address performance issues.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven track record of hiring 20 + people.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Organized, fast, and calm under pressure.
• Based in or able to commute to Erbil.

Required skills

• Experience with Facebook Groups.
• Experience with Telegram.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
