Product Officer (Entry Level)

About the role

ZainCash, a leading mobile wallet provider in Iraq, is looking for an enthusiastic Product Officer to join its digital payments team. This entry‑level position supports the full product lifecycle, from gathering requirements to post‑launch monitoring, helping to shape innovative payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in product development for wallets, transfers, bill payments, and merchant payments.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business, technology, QA, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Support testing activities, including creating UAT scenarios, participating in UAT execution, and verifying product readiness.
• Help with production deployments and track post‑release issues.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve customer experience and product usability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital product development.
• Basic understanding of digital payment products and fintech services.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• APIs and system integrations (advantageous).
• Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) concepts.
• Software testing basics.
