Odoo Developer (Mid to Senior)

About the role

Design, develop, and maintain Odoo‑based ERP modules and customizations that support enterprise and government client systems, ensuring reliable, well‑tested, and maintainable implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules (Python, XML views, ORM) based on business and client requirements.
• Configure and extend existing Odoo apps (Finance, HR, Inventory, CRM, or similar) per project needs.
• Integrate Odoo with external systems and APIs.
• Write clean, tested, and documented code following engineering standards.
• Participate in code reviews and support QA during testing cycles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Odoo deployments, including production support.
• Support data migration from legacy systems into Odoo.
• Collaborate with Product Owners/System Analysts to translate requirements into technical implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Odoo development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Odoo versions 14+ preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
