Enterprise Digital Solutions & Delivery Manager

About the role

Black Star is seeking an experienced Enterprise Digital Solutions & Delivery Manager to lead the Solutions Engineering and Delivery function for its Enterprise Digital Solutions business. The role combines hands‑on technical leadership, project management, and customer engagement to drive successful delivery of complex enterprise technology projects across the Middle East and North Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of solution engineers covering infrastructure, data centre, networking, cybersecurity, systems, cloud and enterprise software.
• Support sales with customer discovery, technical qualification, solution positioning, proposals, POCs and tender responses.
• Plan, execute and govern technical projects from design through implementation, testing, hand‑over and customer acceptance, ensuring delivery on time, scope, budget and quality.
• Manage project governance, scheduling, risk, reporting and resource allocation using PMO best practices.
• Develop team capability through training, certifications, mentoring and vendor enablement while fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Drive customer success by overseeing technical escalations, ensuring satisfaction and delivering measurable value.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and managing technical or engineering teams in enterprise technology environments.
• Strong background in enterprise presales and end‑to‑end project delivery, preferably with PMP certification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and resources simultaneously.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent customer‑facing communication skills.
