Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities, ensuring timely delivery of quality goods and services while driving cost efficiencies. The role will involve sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation and compliance across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze purchase requisitions, issue RFQs and tenders, and evaluate bids to secure competitive pricing.
• Negotiate terms, conditions and pricing with suppliers and draft purchase orders and contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules, quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Inspect received goods and services, address non‑conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Track shipments proactively to meet project deadlines.
• Prepare supplier payment documentation and coordinate with Finance for timely payments.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including POs, contracts and invoices, in line with audit requirements.
• Support change‑management initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience in procurement, sourcing or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High integrity, accountability and ethical conduct.
• Excellent communication, planning and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, Oracle or similar platforms.
