Pre-Sales Engineer

About the role

Nova Mind is a technology solutions integrator operating in Iraq, delivering cybersecurity, AI/IoT, network-as-a-service, API management, human risk management and SaaS solutions to enterprises, oil and gas companies, banks, telecom operators and government entities. It is looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to work directly with its founder on live opportunities, from the first customer conversation through to a winning proposal.

Key responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design solution architectures and prepare technical proposals
• Deliver product demos, presentations and proof-of-concepts
• Support RFP and tender responses
• Work with vendor partners to shape the right offering for each deal
• Attend vendor trainings to become certified in the products in their portfolio

Required profile

• 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering or a technical customer-facing role
• Solid technical grounding in networking, cybersecurity, cloud/SaaS or software development
• Strong written and spoken Arabic and English
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business and technical audiences
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently
• Based in Baghdad, flexible to travel between Iraqi provinces and abroad
