Operations Executive & Travel Consultant

About the role

Traglo, a B2B travel company specializing in global accommodation services, is looking for a motivated Operations Executive / Travel Consultant. The role involves handling hotel booking requests from travel agencies, coordinating with suppliers and hotels, and ensuring a smooth post‑sale experience for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process hotel booking requests via WhatsApp, email and the Traglo system.
• Search, compare and negotiate rates from online and offline suppliers.
• Prepare professional offers and share booking options with agencies.
• Confirm reservations with suppliers and hotels, and follow up on Hotel Confirmation Numbers before guest check‑in.
• Manage amendments, cancellations, refunds, name changes and special requests.
• Coordinate communication between suppliers, hotels, agencies and the accounting team.
• Record all booking details, updates and case notes accurately in the company system.
• Support the team in maintaining high client satisfaction and smooth post‑sale service.

Required profile

• Based in the Kurdistan Region and available for hybrid work.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English; Kurdish or Turkish is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks.
• Comfortable working under pressure, especially with urgent bookings.
• Professional attitude when dealing with travel agencies, suppliers and hotels.
• Fast learner, responsible, organized and good at follow‑up.
• Interest in building a career in the travel industry.
