Operations Coordinator Senior (Maximo)

About the role

The Operations Coordinator Senior (Maximo) is based in Balad, Iraq and plays a pivotal role in aligning Maximo operations with the needs of the DPW Department. The role ensures high‑quality service delivery, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement across work control, asset, and procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Align Maximo operations with business requirements and provide accurate reporting.
• Develop and execute Service Improvement Plans and monitor completion timelines.
• Support Maximo team during program implementations, module testing, and post‑implementation support, including travel as needed.
• Coordinate daily Work Control Management (WCM) activities, training, and supervision.
• Produce monthly work‑order assessment reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Analyze asset management, inventory, job plans, and preventive‑maintenance schedules to identify workflow improvements.
• Maintain the Master PM job‑plan library and ensure compliance with WCM standards.
• Provide training and guidance for the Vectrus mobile solution, traveling for hands‑on sessions when required.

Required profile

• Minimum qualifications as defined by the employer for a senior operations coordinator.
• Proven experience managing Maximo environments and supporting large‑scale implementations.
• Ability to travel for post‑implementation support and on‑site training.
• Strong analytical skills to assess work‑order flow and develop corrective action plans.
