About the role
Join DHL Global Forwarding in Kirkuk as an Operations Coordinator, supporting the administration of operational plans and processes to meet customer, service, quality and financial objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Administer operational activities related to receiving, handling and dispatching stations and registered mailings.
- Deploy capacities for optimal utilization and manage orders via the system.
- Execute and update orders, undertake delivery of cartage tours, and monitor driver logs for errors.
- Report issues, exceptions and events during execution and collaborate with dispatchers and drivers to resolve them.
- Interface with customer service and warehouse clerks to ensure delivery standards are met.
Required profile
- Vocational, specialized, technical or certification education.
- Less than 2 years of relevant experience.
