Network Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, performance, and security across routing, switching, and wireless layers while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise network architecture.
• Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, and connectivity issues (Layer 2 & 3).
• Monitor network performance, enforce high availability and uptime.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, and optimization projects.
• Apply network security policies and access‑control best practices.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in network engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCNP Wireless, CCNP ENARSI, CCNP SISE) are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocol suite.
• Proficiency with IGP routing protocols such as OSPF and EIGRP.
• Expertise in Layer 2 switching: STP, VLANs, EtherChannel, trunk configuration.
• Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for NAC.
• Knowledge of Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) and wireless security standards.
• Familiarity with network monitoring, diagnostic and traffic analysis tools.
