Partner Coordinator

About the role

The Partner Coordinator oversees the relationship with installation partners to ensure smooth field operations for device deployment and fleet onboarding. This role acts as the bridge between partners, internal teams, and customers, guaranteeing that installations meet quality, timeline, and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily installation activities with external partners.
• Monitor progress, track installed devices and active vehicles, and ensure timelines are met.
• Maintain quality and compliance standards for all installations.
• Manage partner performance, enforce SLA adherence, and report on key metrics.
• Resolve field issues, escalating when necessary, and keep clear communication with partners and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in field operations, telecom, logistics, or a similar environment.
• Strong coordination, planning and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with field‑troubleshooting experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and tracking.
• Basic technical understanding of IoT/GPS devices.
