Wireless Engineer

About the role

The Wireless Engineer will design, install, and commission Huawei‑based wireless networks, supporting 2G, 3G, LTE and 5G deployments. The role also covers ongoing operation, maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure reliable service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver low‑level wireless network designs (LLD) for rollout, swap and upgrade projects.
• Install and commission Huawei BSC/RNC and BTS/NodeB/eNodeB equipment.
• Integrate new TRX, cells and sectors, and add boards as directed.
• Perform regular operation and maintenance tasks, including alarm handling, fault detection and troubleshooting.
• Prepare fault reports and collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as procurement, production and sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunication or a related field.
• Strong communication, coordination and time‑management abilities.
• Process‑oriented and well‑organized work style.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Huawei tools: CME, U2020 and OSS platform.
• Proficiency in Huawei BSC/RNC, BTS, NodeB and eNodeB equipment.
• Knowledge of wireless technologies (2G, 3G, LTE, 5G) and network topology.
• Competence with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
