Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator will manage the flow of goods from international suppliers to the local market in Iraq. You will ensure efficient import, storage, and distribution operations, supporting product availability and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate import processes, including shipments, documentation, and customs clearance.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock across warehouses.
• Plan and track shipments from international suppliers to local distribution points.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align supply with market demand.
• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage and handling of products.
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues, delays, and bottlenecks.
• Prepare regular reports on stock levels, shipments, and supply chain performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or import/export operations.
• Strong understanding of shipping processes, customs procedures, and inventory management.
• Experience working with international suppliers is preferred.
• Good command of English for communication with suppliers.
