Logistics Manager – Export/Import & Inventory Operations

About the role

The Logistics Manager will oversee the registration of products with government authorities for export and import, and manage the end‑to‑end logistics and inventory processes. You will work closely with warehouses, repacking teams, suppliers and external logistics partners to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, guaranteeing on‑time delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all registered products.
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to sustain optimal inventory.
• Collaborate with warehouse and repacking teams to ensure proper storage and handling.
• Track and report stock movements, resolve discrepancies and forecast seasonal demand.
• Ensure logistics partners adhere to company standards and import/export regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulatory requirements.
• Hands‑on familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory systems.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and capable of coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or a related field.
