Logistics Coordinator – Spare Parts (Junior)

About the role

The Junior Logistics Coordinator will manage the end‑to‑end logistics of spare parts for TOTO sanitary ware and other Japanese products. Based in Erbil, the role ensures that shipments are received, cleared, and delivered to warehouses at the lowest possible cost while meeting quality and timing requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and follow section plans, policies, and procedures to standardise logistics operations.
• Coordinate legal, finance and banking documentation for import, payment and customs clearance.
• Arrange and legalise shipping documents with suppliers and agents, particularly in Indonesia.
• Schedule and track shipments of spare parts to Iraqi warehouses, working closely with the after‑sales department.
• Monitor inventory and domestic deliveries of Japanese items, ensuring correct specifications and quantities.
• Identify process improvements and cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners, preparing periodic activity reports.
• Conduct regular meetings with sales and after‑sales teams to align shipping plans and warehouse capacity.
• Track shipment status, ETA and delivery schedules, and manage claims for damaged or missing goods.

Required profile

• Junior‑level experience in logistics, preferably with spare‑parts or sanitary‑ware products.
• Familiarity with international shipping, customs clearance and documentation processes.
• Ability to coordinate with legal, finance, banking and supplier teams.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
