Leadership, Management & Communication Training Consultant (Short-term)

About the role

The Sustainable Research and Development Center (SRD Center) seeks experienced consultants to design and deliver an intensive three‑day leadership, management and communication programme for around 20 staff members in Erbil, Iraq. The assignment is short‑term and focuses on practical, participatory learning using realistic workplace scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive three‑day training curriculum covering leadership, people‑management, decision‑making, conflict‑resolution and interpersonal communication.
• Facilitate interactive workshops and simulations for managers and supervisors.
• Adapt training materials to the local context and SRD Center’s operational needs.
• Assess participant progress and provide actionable feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a trainer or consultant in leadership, management or organizational communication.
• Background in delivering adult‑focused, competency‑based training programmes.
• Ability to work independently on a short‑term consultancy basis.

Required skills

• Expertise in leadership and management development.
• Knowledge of behavioural competencies for line managers.
• Experience with conflict resolution and workplace dynamics.
