Junior IT Engineer (On-site)

About the role

The Junior IT Engineer will work on‑site in Ranya, supporting internal users and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure. This full‑time position involves troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues while ensuring minimal downtime for operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets and provide first‑line technical assistance.
• Install, configure and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers and CCTV systems.
• Assist senior engineers with network upgrades, router and switch configuration, and NVR management.
• Monitor and maintain local networks, applying basic network‑security measures.
• Organise, clean and perform cable management in the datacenter.
• Document procedures, configurations and incident reports.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non‑technical staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in IT support or a related field.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Ranya and handle physical installation tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow safety and data‑protection standards.
