IT Operation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Operation Engineer to design, install and maintain our organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. The role ensures reliable operation of hardware, software and network components while proactively monitoring performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor IT systems performance and identify issues before they impact users.
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Perform routine maintenance such as updates, backups and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of system configurations.
• Implement and follow IT security protocols.
• Collaborate with other IT teams on projects and daily operations.
• Provide technical support to end‑users and urgent on‑site assistance when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware and software.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and help‑desk support.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and PRTG.
• Understanding of low‑current systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
