Integrated Planning Manager

About the role

Halliburton is hiring an Integrated Planning Manager for its Oils Operations unit in Basra, Iraq (requisition 210432, experienced hire, full time). The role sits under general supervision and focuses on measuring and interpreting project variances and trends across scope, schedule, cost and risk, and on supporting project managers and senior leadership with analysis and strategic advice.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage data sources such as the project's approved business case, baselines, management plans, Open Wells reports, financials and resource consumption and utilization.
• Measure, analyze and interpret variances and trends across key project control areas (scope, schedule, cost and risk) to show operational and financial performance.
• Work with the project team and stakeholders to find areas for improvement and build action plans that address root causes and maximize cost savings and PSL pull-throughs.
• Provide analysis that supports project managers and senior leadership in decisions and strategies to improve efficiency, mitigate risks and maximize profitability, and shape long-term and future bid strategies.
• Offer well engineering expertise with an operational focus, giving financial, contractual and project-based guidance.

Required profile

• Undergraduate STEM degree with 6+ years of experience in operations and engineering.
• Exposure to multi-discipline operations is preferred; minimum qualifications can be met through technical school or equivalent related experience.
• Experience level: experienced hire.
