Inspection Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Inspection Engineer to join our team in Iraq. The role involves performing non‑destructive testing (NDT) on oil and gas equipment, ensuring compliance with international standards and supporting safe operations across our projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Radiographic Testing (RFT), Infrared Inspection (IRIS), Eddy Current Testing (ECT) and Time‑of‑Flight Diffraction (TOFD) on pipelines, pressure vessels and related assets.
• Perform visual inspections in accordance with ASNT Level I requirements.
• Interpret test results, generate inspection reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration and documentation of NDT equipment.
• Collaborate with project engineers and client representatives to ensure inspection plans meet contractual specifications.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum educational requirement).
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in RFT, IRIS, ECT and TOFD.
• ASNT Level II certification for RFT, IRIS, ECT and TOFD, and ASNT Level I certification for Visual Inspection.
